Mold Design & Manufacturing

Most of the manufacturing processes we are involved in require building of tools (molds & dies). We provide our customers with tool design and manufacturing services. Tools that we manufacture are property of our clients or for manufacturing and will be used only with their permission.

• Design and Development of high quality dies and molds for plastic injection, compression, thermoforming, sheet metal stamping, forging and casting processes.
• Complete in-house dies and mold construction: both in P-20 prototype and fully hardened production molds.
• CNC programming using Computer Aided Manufacturing System with graphical design interface supported by IGES.
• Complete facility to manufacture fixtures, gauges and special purpose machines.
• Mold maintenance and mold certification programs, including statistical validation
• Tool room Machine Infrastructure: CNC Vertical Milling Centers NC and conventional sinker EDM Machine CNC and conventional Turning centers Conventional Vertical Milling machines Radial Drill Machines, Surface Grinders and Metal Cutting Saws TIG, MIG and conventional Welding facility
